1. eat well
For muscles to develop, food is needed so eating well is very important when body building. But eating any type of food wont help much. since muscles need protein to develop eat more of food that contains protein as seen bellow.
2. progressively lift heavier weight.
The growth of muscles is such that when when the muscle is stressed, it gets damaged and in the process of repair it gets bigger and stonger preparing its self for more stress. and the more the stress the more the damage and the more it gets bigger.
3.don't give up
body building is all about pain. No pain No gain.A good work out should inflict pain in the targeted muscles for about 2 to 4 days or more and this brings impressive results to the muscles. Most starters quit because it is too painful for them to bear but once you are determined you will do well.
